Accessibility

Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to shop our glass and book a party, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

We aim for resortglass.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities, including people who are blind or have low vision, who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who use a keyboard instead of a mouse.

What we do

  • Every photo of our glass and events has a written description.
  • Text and buttons meet contrast guidelines in both light and dark mode.
  • Every page and form works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in words, not color alone.
  • Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small phone screens, and we respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
  • Prices, event details and answers to common questions are written as real text, never only in images.
  • We test pages with automated checks and by hand, and recheck when we add new pages or features.

Known limits

Some content comes from other services, such as our Instagram page and resort partners’ booking sites. We can’t control how accessible those are, but we’re happy to help you with anything you can’t reach there.
