How a glassblowing party works
Request a quote
Tell us your date, location and group size. We reply with pricing and available times.
Confirm your space
A flat area about 15′ × 15′, outdoors or in a well-ventilated covered space, with a standard outlet nearby.
We fire up the furnace
We bring the furnace, annealer, tools, safety gear and barriers, and set up a safe work zone.
Every guest makes a piece
Each guest picks colors and makes a sculpted flower, blown ornament or solid paperweight one-on-one with a glassblower. Pieces cool overnight and are ready the next day, or we ship them.
Our story
We’ve been blowing glass since 2017
Resort Glass started as one glassblower, one furnace and a love of being outdoors. Today we work from our Groveland studio and our studios at four Yosemite resorts, and our mobile studio brings the fire, the color and that first-gather moment to wherever your people are.
Every pumpkin, ornament and bowl in the shop is blown by hand by our glassblowers, one at a time and never manufactured.

Shop
How long does shipping take?
In-stock pieces ship weekly and arrive within about 5 days. Made-to-order pieces ship in 2–4 weeks. We ship by UPS or USPS within the United States, and can’t ship to PO boxes.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not exactly. Every piece is shaped by hand, so expect small differences in size, color and pattern. That’s what makes each one yours.
Private events
How many guests can you host, and where?
Up to 40 guests per event, anywhere in most of California. We’re based in Groveland, near Yosemite National Park.
How old do guests need to be?
Ages 6 and up. Guests ages 6 to 16 need a parent or guardian with them. No experience is needed.
How much does a private event cost?
Pricing depends on group size, location and length of the event. Request a quote and we’ll send exact pricing.
